This is an attractive ring that features an oval cut, natural Amethyst measuring approx 16mm x 12mm with moderate purple colour. The stone is mostly clean with a small patch of colour banding on one side that you may detect in the photos. It is probably late 1940s.

The setting stamped 9ct and it is quite ornate with a floral and foliate motif. The ring is size O and can be easily resized by your local jeweller.
