This hand carved, Cameo pendant is set in gold-plated sterling silver and features a the finely carved conch shell cameo depicting a graceful lady surrounded by delicate floral motifs. It was hand crafted by Nicholas, whom we met in Italy on our recent travels (see photos). The piece measures approximately 6.5mm x 4mm (not including the bale) so it is a substantial piece.
