This lovely brooch is big and bold!

It features a piece of brown, caramel and white striped banded agate that is oval in shape. It is set in gold gilt with nice detail of the fleur de lis and scrolling leaves.

This is a large piece measuring over 6cms and it is in good, antique condition. It is gold gilt, so there is some light wear to the gilding, but not very noticeable and commensurate with its age. The piece closes well with a sharp pin and a working hinge and C clasp and both are in good order.
