Here we present a gorgeous, Victorian, spinner Fob Locket.
It has so many features, that it’s hard to know where to start! Firstly, we have the most lovely hand engraving that covers the upper part of the piece. This includes a flower motif that leads to the bale and the top.
The spinner locket component features black sardonyx on one side and red sardonyx on the other. The locket opens to reveal two, little photo compartments under glass.
This pendant is in fine antique condition. The spinning hinges and the locket hinge are all in good condition and the locket snaps closed very firmly. It is not stamped, but it tests 15ct yellow gold.
The piece measures approximately 3.1cms x 1.7cms so it’s the perfect size to wear every day and the bale is large enough to house a old style, fob chain. It weighs 6.15grams.
